Excellent hotel for short stay and close to temple. Walkable to North nada and always brimming with activity. Spacious room with air conditioning, toiletries, tv and wardrobe. Not taken food and hence cannot comment. The proximity and 24/7 activity are the highlights.

Read all glossy reviews and booked a room recently for the family visit. We stayed three nights in the hotel and certainly an average good hotel. Pros: relatively clean hotel, close to temple and good restaurant on first floor. hot water for 24 hours and free wifi. Cons: the double deluxe room was just a single room, very small and with an additional bed, no place to even walk around. IN fact we had to remove the chair from the room and rearrange other small furniture to accommodate our luggage etc.. The front desk people are a bit slow in responding, but they seems to be friendly. Mostly youngsters with little or no experience. On average, it is OK for a couple and not for family. The room is a bit over priced, but comfortable.

We had checked in for a marriage, though the A/C rooms were small was up to standard. The food excellent especially their Appam Stew then the marriage sadya too was nice. ONE ADVICE TO ALL CUSTOMERS please dont insist on getting a room urgently after someone vacates, we did the mistake of pressurizing the staff who were really good and gave few rooms which was not fumigated or clearly ventilated, the net result was in certain rooms that had been left by some sick persons infected us and most of us fell very ill. Please be ware.

Had a chance to stay at Pushpanjali hotels atGuruvayur. This hotel has the ample parking facility.The hotel is located close to the east Nada and very close to temple.The rooms are small but its really well maintained. Small TV's are provided and free wifi is available.They have restaurant and will serve average food. They have decent hall which can accommodate moderate crowd can be accommodated.

Worst kalyana sadhya I ever had!!

I attended a marriage function at pushpanjali gvr few days back of a distant relative. Everything except the lunch (sadhya) was handled well. Sadhya was an embarrassment for the bride's family. The rice was overcooked and hardly any of the items were edible. The manager went on leave on that day (which was totally irresponsible). I felt sorry for the family, poor people they didn't even fight with them. I asked the bride's family if they had tasted the sadhya before and to my surprise they said yes, it was wonderful but the marriage sadhya wasn't even closer!! and a meal on any ordinary day is charged Rs.120 per head and they charged Rs. 220 per head for such a poor sadhya. Pushpanjali really doesn't deserve to cater such once in a lifetime celebrations. It has now got a very bad reputation in many of the places around guruvayur as most of the people who attended the wedding were local people with great integrity.
